Medina Banking Company takes great issue in keeping your personal information out of public view. When you share sensitive information with us we believe it is our duty to keep that information safe.


• Information we receive from you on applications or other bank forms.
• Information we receive from reporting agencies regarding your credit worthiness such as: Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union.
• Information we receive from our online banking such as navigation, pages visited, and login attempts. We do track visits to our website for statistical and marketing purposes. However, this tracking is collected anonymously.
•Information we receive from public records such as the credit bulletin.
•Information we receive from outside sources such as verification of employment or insurance coverage.


Medina Banking Company does not share information about past or present customers except as required by law. We report to credit agencies monthly and we will divulge information if a court of law requires us to do so.

We do share pertinent information with accredited service providers such as check printers and payment booklet printers. These companies do not share information.

Never send any confidential information via email.

Never give account, SSN, or Tax ID numbers to anyone that contacts you.
Any firm that contacts you that uses these types of identifying numbers will already have them.

When ordering things online remember that credit card transactions are protected but debit card transactions are not.
