Medina Banking Company does not share information about past or present customers except as required by law. We report to credit agencies monthly and we will divulge information if a court of law requires us to do so.
We do share pertinent information with accredited service providers such as check printers and payment booklet printers. These companies do not share information.
These are a few tips that can help keep your personal information safe.
Never send any confidential information via email.
Never give account, SSN, or Tax ID numbers to anyone that contacts you.
Any firm that contacts you that uses these types of identifying numbers will already have them.
When ordering things online remember that credit card transactions are protected but debit card transactions are not.
